Welcome to Whispering Echo Creations! To ensure a smooth and joyful experience for everyone, please take a moment to read these simple terms. They’re here to make sure we’re both on the same page from start to finish.

 

1. Our Services

  • We provide professional pet photo editing services, including retouching, enhancement, background replacement, compositing, and artistic finishing, as detailed in your chosen package or custom quote.

  • All services are digital. You will receive high-resolution digital files upon completion.

 

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Photo Submission: Please provide high-resolution photos suitable for editing. We’ll let you know if a photo isn’t suitable.

  • Clear Vision: Share your vision and any specific requests upfront. The more detail, the better!

  • Timely Feedback: Provide feedback on drafts within the agreed timeframe to keep the project moving smoothly.

 

3. Payment

  • Final Payment: Due upon your approval of the final edited images, before the high-resolution files are delivered.

  • Payment Methods: We accept EFT.

 

4. Revisions

  • Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds (e.g., Basic: 3, Standard: 4, Premium: 5).

  • Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to an extra fee, discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

  • Revisions cover minor adjustments to the original scope. Significant changes to the initial request may be considered a new project.

 

5. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated turnaround times will be provided with your quote or package details. These are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and current workload.

  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

 

6. Copyright & Usage

  • Your Photos: You retain full copyright to your original photos.

  • Our Edits: Whispering Echo Creations retains the creative rights to the edited images.

  • Your Usage: You receive a license to use the final edited images for personal use (e.g., printing, social media, personal gifts). For commercial use (e.g., selling prints, business marketing), please discuss this with us for an appropriate commercial license.

  • Our Portfolio: We reserve the right to use the “before” and “after” edited images in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a project after work has started but before final delivery, any work completed up to that point will be billed at our standard rate.

  • Satisfaction: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the final result after all included revisions, we will work with you to find a solution. No refunds are issued after final high-resolution files have been delivered.

 

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Your personal information and original photos will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
